1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon crushed dried basil
